The Rainbow Center offers "a rainbow of hope" and positive solutions to combat a cycle of lack of education and deep-rooted poverty. Educational remedial meditations, positive reinforcement of the possibilities that education can provide, and instilling confidence, determination, and self-respect are the focus of the program.
